Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

Practice Tests (practicetests.co) is run by Inhouse Training Pty Ltd, which also trades as Better People ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or buying a question bank you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Practice Tests.

2. Your account

• Give us an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself.
• An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us at hello@practicetests.co if you think someone else has used it.

3. Buying a question bank

• Each question bank is a one-off payment, at the price shown on its page, in the currency shown at checkout. There is no subscription.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. Your access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Your access to a bank you buy lasts for as long as we run Practice Tests, and includes questions added to that bank later.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, your access to that bank ends.

4. Refunds

You can answer three questions from any bank free before you buy, so you can judge it first. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a bank has a major failure, you are entitled to the remedies that law provides.

5. What you may do with the questions

• A bank is licensed to you for your own study. It is not transferable.
• You may not share your account, or copy, publish, sell or hand on the questions, answers or explanations, in whole or in part.
• You may not scrape the site, or use its content to train or test AI models.
• All question banks, explanations, translations, audio and the site itself are the intellectual property of Inhouse Training Pty Ltd.

6. What the questions are, and are not

• Our questions are written from scratch to each exam's official guide and reviewed by a person. They are not real exam questions, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by AWS or any other certification body. Exam and certification names are the trademarks of their owners.
• We work hard to keep questions accurate and current, but mistakes happen and exams change. If you find a problem, use Report a problem on the question.
• Translations marked as machine-drafted have not been reviewed by a person.
• We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam.

7. Using the service fairly

Do not interfere with the site, get around its limits, access it by automated means, or try to reach content you have not bought. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Changes to the service

We may add, change or retire features, and update questions as exams change. A bank you have bought keeps its questions, updated as needed, for the life of your access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for a bank is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Closing your account

You can stop using Practice Tests at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@practicetests.co. Deleting your account ends your access to the banks you bought.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email you if a change is significant. Using Practice Tests after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brisbane.

13. The whole agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Inhouse Training Pty Ltd about Practice Tests.
