How many questions are on the CLF-C02 exam and how long is it?
The exam has 65 questions and you get 90 minutes. 50 questions count toward your score and 15 are unscored questions AWS is testing for future exams. Questions are either multiple choice (one correct answer out of four) or multiple response (two or more correct answers out of five or more options).
What is the passing score for the CLF-C02 exam?
Results are reported on a scaled score from 100 to 1,000, and the minimum passing score is 700.
How much does the CLF-C02 exam cost?
The CLF-C02 exam costs $100 USD.
What experience do I need before taking the CLF-C02 exam?
There is no formal prerequisite. AWS recommends up to six months of exposure to AWS Cloud design, implementation or operations.
If I fail, how long do I have to wait before I can retake the exam?
You need to wait 14 days before you can sit the exam again. There is no limit on attempts, and each attempt is charged at the full exam fee.
How long is the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification valid?
The certification is valid for three years.
Can I take the CLF-C02 exam online?
Yes. You can sit the exam at a Pearson VUE test center, or online with a remote proctor.
